LANDLORDS GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
Also known as a CP12 or GAS SAFETY CHECK is an inspection carried out by a GAS SAFE ENGINEER to determine the safe operation of gas appliances in a property. Including Boilers, Cookers, and Gas Fires. These checks are legally required in tenanted property.
EICR or ELECTRICAL INSPECTION CONDITION REPORT
Consists of multiple tests on a property’s electric installation. The tests will provide results to determine the electrical safety of a property. The ELECTRICIAN will record the results. The report will include WIRING, SOCKETS, LIGHTS, SWITCHES, AND CONSUMER UNIT.
